*PENALTY CLAUSE:

Section 4 of Republic Act 7323 imposes the penalty of

imprisonment of not less than six (6) months and not more
than one (1) year and a fine of not less than Ten Thousand
Pesos (P10,000.00) for any person or entity who makes any
fraudulent or fictitious claim under this law, without
prejudice to the filing of criminal, civil and/other
administrative cases under other laws.
