In order to do business with a client that worked for the government, Industrial Tool and Supply needed to
renew its registration with SAM, the federal governments System for Award Management, which is used to manage the gove
rnments suppliers. Industrial Tool and Supply had been registered with SAM before I became their website administrator, bu
t over time the login and administrative information for the company had been lost. After communicating with an SAM repres
entative, it was determined that our company needed to submit a notarized letter to SAM that verified the proprietors identity
as an account administrator in order to access and renew the companys account.

Part of being a technical writer is providing effective visuals to accompany ones writing or which visually demonstra

Photoshop. To demonstrate my own ability to effectively use Adobe Photoshop, I have included a series of edited versions of the phot
ograph presented on the following page.
The goal of this particular series of manipulations is to create a usable headshot of one individual present in an image of a group.

While managing Industrial Tool and Supplys website and creating social media content for the company, it came to
my attention that the companys logo was too wide to be presented professionally in certain pre-formatted image displays on sites suc

continued to convey the brand identity of the company.
