It is with pleasure that I recommend Ms. Lauren Lacuesta from
Azusa Pacific University for the CNA position through Sharp Healthcare.
As a Clinical Instructor at Azusa Pacific University, I first met Lauren in
her first semester of nursing school. She was beginning her second
degree in the Entry-Level Bachelors-to-Masters Nursing Program.
Distinct from other student nurses, she had supplementary previous
work and life experiences, which show greatly in her ability to care for
patients and work as a team member in a hospital environment.
Throughout the duration of her hospital experience, she provided an
excellent level of care to her patients, and demonstrated exceptional
skills in organization and efficiency.
Since meeting Lauren in her first semester, she establishes a record of
being a quick learner, dependable, and has demonstrated initiative by
recognizing what needs to be done. The patients she has worked with
have been grateful for the personalized care and comfort she provides.
I have full confidence in her abilities as a nurse and a team member in
hospital setting.
