Interests and Hobbies

I am a very keen hurler and footballer. I play at club level with Croagh/Kilfinny GAA and
played county level with Limerick underage teams, as goalkeeper. I also have a huge interest
in music and enjoy playing the drums and whistles. Fine woodworking and cabinet making
are close to my heart and I endeavour to complete a number of woodturning courses as my
career develops into the future. I constantly aim to keep up to date with modern technology
with a special interest in the Laser Cutter applicable to second level schools and colleges and
their benefits within each context to both students and the school environment.
Achievements
Hurling with Limerick underage teams.
Winning numerous medals at club and school level, hurling and football.
Captained school team in 2008 to Munster glory.
Played in the University Concert Hall, accompanying Moya Brennan.
Short courses include: SMART Education, First Aid, Manual Handling, SolidWorks
Tutoring, Fire Safety in the Workplace, HACCP Food Handling.
