Intro
Malala gives her people hope. Hope that everything will be
alright for now and in the future. Malala is strong. She
survived a bullet to the head. She fights for learning Malala
fights for her peoples education and one day maybe other
countries too.

The Shooting
Malala gives her people hope. Malala was shot in the head at
the age of 15 and it seemed that if she died, all hope was
lost. With some medics help, supplies and luck, she survived.
When Malala got onto the bus for the way home. She and her
friends were singing, when the bus stopped. Everybody
looked to see what had stopped the bus; all at once they saw
it. It was the Taliban. There were two of them but they had
two guns. Everyone on the bus froze. They asked who Malala
was. Nobody said anything but they looked in her direction
which gave her location away. The Taliban shot and she was
sent to the medics fast.

Flight
Malala is strong. She flew to America to tell her story, go
on talk shows to spread the word and she stayed strong. She
is doing all of this to help her people. She could just go to a

different country and leave her people behind. Instead, she

told the world about the problems her people were facing
alone. If I was Malala I would do the same thing, I would fight
for my people. There is a fund called the Malala fund, it
helps people in need and those that are suffering.

Education
Malala fights for education. Malalas father was a
teacher, which is where she first learned about education.
My father was my encouragement. We dont learn until it is
taken from us. Said Malala. Education is not only math and
science; it is learning equality and acceptance. Women in
Mingora Pakistan have little part in education, and they are
treated badly under the control of the Taliban. They thought
that the bullet would silence us. They were wrong. Weakness,
fear, hopelessness failed. Strength, power, and courage were
born!
