HALFTIME ‘The premiere halftime performance of the 1976 season begins with a selection drawn from the concert band repertoire, Rex Mitchell’s exciting “Introduction and Fantasia”. The show continues with a precision ‘marching routine to Paul McCartney’s hit “Silly Love Songs”. “I Write the Songs” features the band in concert, followed by the exit drill to Jimmy Webb’s “MacArthur Park”.
