Team Norms

Communication Within Group: Team members will treat each other, their ideas, and
property with respect. Each idea will be taken under consideration and each member will
give their comments on each idea in a polite manner. Each member will inform one
another on their progress of their area of the project and will provide assistance when
requested. Each member will share files when they are needed for the portfolios and
meetings outside of the classroom will be scheduled ahead of time and agreed upon.
Communication Outside Group: When meeting with experts or resource figures, team
members will dress appropriately, handle themselves in a serious manner, and will stay
on topic throughout the meeting. Team members will use proper etiquette and manners
when thanking the experts for their help and will provide credit to them for their help.
Organization/Team Roles: Each member will be responsible for certain areas of the
project and will have an equal and evenly important role. Chandler will be responsible for
outside communication, budget management, and documentation. Justin will be
responsible for meeting organization, design sketches, and market research. The team
will collaborate to work on generating ideas, prototyping, testing, and presenting the final
product.
