To have more business like banks and other fast food restaurant.

All of the barangay chairman and kagawad are helpful, and have a
cooperative and active.
We are very thankful because we are welcome in this barangay to survey
them and ask information about in this barangay and how they manage it
proper and safe.

General Requirements:
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2014 SUNDAY
1. Students will be group by 10.
2. Computerize Report. Use substance #20 long bond paper (8.5x13).

3. Photo documentation during the visit and Interview. No wacky pictures

please.
4. To be field in a long clear book. The color is based in your college color.
5. Certification from the Barangay Chairman that you conducted your
community survey.

NOTE:

YOUR GROUP COMMUNITY SURVEY OUTPUT IS EQUIVALENT TO 50% OF

YOUR MIDTERM GRADE. THE REMAINING 50% WILL CAME FROM YOUR
MIDTERM EXAMINATION WHICH INCLUDES THE STAGE PLAY. WRITTEN EXAM
AND ATTENDANCE.
