Candidates -Information Reg.
Ref: - G.O.Ms.No. 1038 Edn. Dated: 11-12-1979.
All the Heads of Govt/Aided/Un aided recognized high schools are hereby informed
that applications are invited from drop out eligible candidates of VIII & IX classes to
appear as private candidates for Examinations to be held in April 2015 to join next
higher class i.e. IX and X respectively during 2015-16.
Age: For class VIII D.O.B should be between 1-8-2001 and 31-8-2002
For Class IX D.O.B should be between 1-8-2000 and 31-8-2001.
For proof of Date of birth, Record sheet /T.C/ certificate issued by GHMC or
Tahsildar/MRO should be enclosed with the application form.
The fees particulars and schedule of payment of fees is as follows:
Examination fee Rs.125/- and attendance exemption fee Rs.650/- totaling Rs.775/
should be collected from each candidate by the Heads of institutions and paid through
consolidated demand draft from any branch of State bank of Hyderabad in favour of
Secretary, DCEB , Hyderabad district.

Note:
Under age and over age candidates are not accepted.
Applications of those candidates who cannot continue their studies at the
institution should not be
forwarded.
Date of birth certificate should be enclosed in original with one attested copy.
Original certificate will be returned after verification at O/o. DCEB.
Nominal Rolls should be submitted separately for class VIII and IX in duplicate.
H.M has to certify that there are no underage candidates.
Challans are not accepted.
All the Heads of institutions are requested to give vide publicity in the matter.
List of pass candidates will be sent to concerned schools for admission into next
class.
Certificates will not be issued.
