Accomplishments
I presented the idea of creating
folders for the committee that consist
of the generalization of TOPS and
what the program is about, along with
all the materials needed to carry out
TOPS in your classroom. The folder is
something that will be signed out and
back in by each teacher in the
beginning and ending of the school
year. The folders are something that I
will be putting together along with
Mrs. Serrano & Mr. Mortera as our
contribution to the committee.
I attend meetings, support and
participate in fundraisers that help
promote Team moral for the school. I
also created the program used for the
Christmas Party for the committee.
I analyze and submit my assessment
data on time to be compiled by Mrs.
Serrano that puts it together for the
kinder team.
I am mainly supporting and guiding
the new Kinder Chair Mr. Navarrete in
carrying out his grade level duties. I
provided him a checklist of things a
grade level chair should carry out to
help keep the team on top of things.
As a kindergarten team member, I am
currently creating an Electronic
Kindergarten Lesson Plan Binder.
The team is working together
gathering all our lesson plans and
documents we want to include into
our e-binder. As of now the binder
consist of lesson plans, smart goals,
curriculum maps, and district maps.

Other than attending meetings, I

currently am taking on the
responsibility of putting together the
monthly newsletter for the school.

Recommendations

The committee can generate a list of

goals they would like to complete by
the end of the school year to get TOPS
up and running.

Maybe come up with an activity that

the staff and teachers can participate
to build and boost team / grade level
spirit.
Maybe we can refer teachers to the
technology trainings with Mr. Fig and
Mr. Doculan that you, Mrs. San
Agustin will recommend them to
attend.
