    Sir,
    Like every year, we are planning for a one day Educational Tour-cum-Picnic for our
    girls on 28th December, 2011. As all the members are either girl students or lady
    teachers, we have to choose a place for the purpose which has at least two
    bathrooms and two restrooms. We have come to know that your irrigation bungalow
    at Naupala, Howrah is having the above mentioned necessities and is suitable for
    our purpose. Therefore, you are requested to kindly arrange for booking the above
    mentioned bungalow on 28th December, 2011.
