coursework.

dual credit coursework)

State required THEA test scores or proof of exemption

Meningitis Vaccination Requirement - State Mandate
State law requires ALL students entering institutions of higher education to show evidence of receiving a
Bacterial Meningitis vaccination or booster dose during the 5 year period prior to enrollment and at least
10 days BEFORE the first day of the semester. For more

Students who intend to take online classes only are waived from the meningitis vaccination
requirement.
