-----We submit hereby to state that with reference to the above subject, we have requested for an
official memorandum between karnataka forest department and people for animals(pfa) bangalore through
reference number one(1).
As per the letter with the reference number six(6) the Central Zoo Authority, New Delhi, has
issued license to People for animals bangalore to carryout the Rescue/rehabilitation activities till 30/04/2016
with compliances no.1 to 7.
We have taken all steps needed for the completion of compliances via reference number three
(3) and waiting for the inspection reports to be sent to the Central Zoo Authority from karnataka forest
department via reply to Lr.Ref.No. F/CR-05/2013-2014 dated 06/09/2014 from Principal Chief Conservator of
Forest (WL) sent to karnataka forest department, as mentioned in reference number seven (7) above.
As a step towards fulfilling of compliances, we went to office of the finance officer, central zoo
authority, Mr.V.P.Mehta, and submitted proposals regarding compliances, explained to him and requested him
regarding the assistance for the current stage of health of wildlife inmates. The finance officer had sent a letter
with positive response dated 27.02.2015 regarding our requisition for meeting out the compliances and its
stage.
We are sending regularly monthly wildlife reports and quarterly wildlife reports to karnataka forest
department and central zoo authority vide reference number four(4) and through cza official website to pccfarn@nic.in,cza@nic.in and ms-cza@nic.in. We submit to state that, for easy reference of our day-to-day
activitites,monthly reports,annual reports,form-1,master plan,detailed project report, we have uploaded as a
web-space back-file online reference in http://ror15.weebly.com.
Therefore, we request you to extend your co-operation and support, and accept our proposal for
issuing Memorandum of Understanding between People for Animals,Bangalore and Forest Department,
Karnataka.
