1. Create Skeleton with reinforcements.

a. must not occupy more than 50 percent of the thickness of the

ferrocement.
b. if on one direction then diameter must not exceed 25 percent
of the thickness.
c. spacing of the wire of skeleton frame must not exceed 4 times
the thickness of ferrocement wall and should not be less than
twice the smaller opening of the wire mesh used.

2. Create Skins with mesh reinforcements

a. Mesh opening size in either direction must not be more than
thickness of the ferrocement composite.
b. Volume fraction for reinforcements is between 2 to 8 percent.

3. cement and sand mixture.

a. cover for wire mesh is typically 2mm from centre of the outer
wire of the wire mesh.
