    attackasSamsmotherdescribestheattackasanimitationofhisgrandmother'sdeathfive

    combiningpediatricworkwithpsychoanalyticwork.Theprocessinvolvedloweringsedative
    dosesaspsychoanalyticobservationbegantodiscern,andinsighttosteady,theweakspots
    inthechildsemotionalthreshold.ThisallowedSamtoselfobserveandsharewithpeoplein
    ordertomakealliesofhisinsight.Fromherethechildwasabletowarnandapproachthat
