Used excellent communication skills to conduct phone interviews with current Meals
on Wheels meal recipients to ensure they still met eligibility requirements.
Completed and filed paperwork necessary to maintaining federal funding.
Assisted with at home interviews of potential and continuing meal recipients.
Assisted with meal delivery.

Raft Tow Service, Coloma CA Summer of 2011 & 2012

Operated a watercraft, dealt directly with customers, kept records, and handled
cash.
Used strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to coordinate with coworkers
and keep customers happy.
Remained calm and collected when dealing with customers who were intoxicated or
in potentially life threatening situations.
