Brief account of Activities/ Incident:
UEP Contractors crude oil filled bowzer (Capacity 50k liters), loaded
from KKI and on way to NRL Karachi, during parking at a local hotel,
the driver moved the bowzer left side on soft mud shoulder, the rear
tires of bowzer were stuck. The crude tanker got detached from prime
mover and overturned on left side in the adjacent field bank. Both
drivers remained safe ; up to 40 liters of crude oil spilled which was
contained.

Immediate Actions taken:

Contractor team reached site and managed the incident & recovery protocols.
UEP HSE & Road Transport Team reached incident site and extended support/ guidance to contractor team.
Investigation team is being formed to identify causes and formulate recommendations to prevent recurrence.
