During the above mentioned period, I was in Machinery Utilities/Ammonia and involved in
following jobs.

Ammonia Plant:

Disc pack coupling and tilting pad bearing removal of HP casing of Synthesis
compressor (K-306-A) to replace the damaged vibration probe.
Alignment and installation of tapered spacers at suction / discharge flanges of Benfield
Lean solution pump (G-206-A) to piping strains and high vibration problem.
Replacement of suction side bonnet gasket of seal oil pump (G-314-A) to rectify the oil
leakage problem.
Preventive maintenance of Oil Centrifuge to rectify the flow and leakage problem.
Replacement of lube oil filter of KT-306-B with spare one to rectify high P problem.
Routine preventive maintenance of pumps and small steam turbines.
Involved in the startup activity of K-101-B (Air compressor).

UTILITIES:

Inspection / overhauling of Waste water pump (WP-111).

Miscellaneous oil leakage rectification jobs
