During the above mentioned period, I was in Machinery Ammonia and involved in following
jobs.

Self study:

API pilot - Centrifugal Pump

API pilot - Centrifugal Compressor
Couplings
Manual - K-101 A/B HPC Compressor
Area general course-Ammonia Plant
Orientation of machines related to machinery ammonia

Ammonia Plant:

Complete pump replacement of G-206-A (Benfield Lean solution pump) with a spare
one to rectify the mechanical seal leakage problem.
Mechanical seal replacement of G-207 (Side stream carbon filter pump) to rectify the
mechanical seal leakage problem.
Replacement of MV motor (GM-206-A) with spare one preventively.
D-402 agitator modification activity to rectify the high vibration problem.
Replacement of GM-301-A motor due to high vibration
Gland packing replacement G-405-B (Phosphate Dozing Pump) to rectify the leakage
problem.
Involved in the startup activity of K-101-B (Air compressor).
Routine preventive maintenance of small machines.
Greasing of EM-215 A/B and EM-216 A~D.

DAP Plant:
During DAP plant shutdown involved in following jobs,

Hydraulic coupling replacement of DB-121 (granulator)

Panels replacement (Qty: 03) of DB-121 (granulator)

Pre-turnaround activities:

Developed TA-2015 job packages for the following jobs.

1. K101 A HPC Inspection / Overhauling
2. K101 B HPC Inspection / Overhauling
3. K305 A LPC & HPC Bearings and Seals Inspection
4. K306 A IPC Inspection / Overhauling
5. K306 B LPC Inspection / Overhauling
6. KT102 A / B Bearings inspection
7. KGT306A Combustion Chamber inspection
8. General Area

Inspection of special tools cabinets for all the critical machines.

Preparation / issuance of consumables for jobs separately.
