1. PRESTASI KESELURUHAN
About 20% of the candidates had answered this section
well
30% did not attempt to fulfil the task
50% got at least 1 or 2 mark
Most candidates were able to answer Q32(a) and
(b)correctly
2. PRESTASI MENGIKUT KUMPULAN CALON
High achievers had given precise answers for all
questions with a few minor grammar errors made in
Q32(c) and (d). Some were able to give accurate
answers unless for Q32(c)
Moderate achievers had made noticeable attempts to
understand and answer all the questions with no overlifting answers. Many of them got mark for Q32(a) and
(b). They were also able to give different kinds other
hardship for Q32(d).
Low achievers failed to undertand the rubric some
made no attempt to answer some overlifting answers.
A few attempt to answer Q32(c)and (d) but failed to get
any marks.

1. KOMEN UMUM TENTANG KERTAS SOALAN

Overall, the task was appropriate for all levels of candidates
Q32(c) was confusing for some candidates
There are two HOTS questions Q32(c) and (d) compared to
previous year.
2. KOMEN UMUM TENTANG PERATURAN PEMARKAHAN
The marking scheme helps the candidates to get mark Q32(b)
and Q32(d)
Many candidates lost mark at Q32(c) the marking scheme is
too rigid (refer to a pet or precious thing only)
3. CAKUPAN SOALAN BERBANDING KANDUNGAN MATAPELAJARAN
Appropriate and within the syllabus

Relevant with the lesson learnt

My suggestion to improve Q32(a) : Which word in the poem
means a feeling of hopelessness? It should be bold
because a few students give a sign of despair as their
answer.
Q32(c) :
Why do you think they were desperately looking for their
sons lost albino buffalo ?
From the poem : desperately looking for their sons
albino buffalo that was
never found
The italic phrases are different.
