Request Letter to Get Permission to Stay Outside of the Hostel Provided by College

I am writing to tender my request to stay outside of the hostel provided by the college.
2.

I am requesting to stay outside of the college is because I as a student is not able to pay

for the monthly rental fee. The monthly rental fee for RM 400 is quite expensive for me because
the scholarship that I received from MARA is only for my study fee. The scholarship given is not
covered for our hostel fee and monthly allowance.
3.

I will be staying at my cousins house, Adam Nur Farhan who is staying in Muar that is

near to the college. The travel distance from her house to the college will take 15 minutes by
car. Below is the address of my cousins house as a reference:
