Invitation for Prequalification
Republic of Macedonia
The Government of the Republic of Macedonia has applied for a loan from the Council of Europe Development Bank
toward the cost of the Rehabilitation of Health Provider Institutions - Phase II, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds
of this loan to payments under the contract for Supervision of the works on the University Clinical Center "Mother Teresa"
in Skopje. The Project Implementation Unit intends to prequalify contractors and/or firms for Supervision of the works on
the University Clinical Center "Mother Teresa" in Skopje. It is expected that invitations to bid will be made in May 2014.
Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines:
Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in
the guidelines.
Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification document at the Project
Implementation Unit (address below) from 09:00 to 16:00. A complete set of the prequalification document in English may
be purchased by interested applicants on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment
of a nonrefundable fee of MKD 3,000.00 or EUR 50.00. The method of payment will be electronic. The document will be
sent by express mail, or collected in the premises of the implementing agency.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by April 1, 2014,
13:00 CET, and be clearly marked "Application to Prequalify for Supervision of the works on the University Clinical Center
"Mother Teresa" in Skopje"
