Duties Performed: Assisting the Camp Director in assuming responsibility for the total health of
the camp, overseeing the inventory of necessary medical supplies and equipment, assisting in
developing and stocking First Aid Kits, maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
including: staff and camper health forms, with special attention to allergies, dietary concerns, and
immunization compliance, completing medical administration records and incident reports, and
treating and performing First Aid to all in need.

Duties Performed: Come prepared and on time to work, understand the quality and density
expectations for the site, throw plots on the land to ensure that quality and density are met, adhere

- Peterborough Regional Health Center (Peterborough) Acute Care Orthopedics- 2014
Duties Performed: Working with physicians and healthcare staff on A5 to enhance the care of
patients on the floor. Responsible for medication administration, wound care cleansing and
dressing, IV medication and fluid administration, patient education and family counselling,
documenting and charting progress notes and vitals, and assisting with mobilization of the
patients. Responsible for conversing with physicians regarding patient progress and future care
plans. Responsible for admit and discharge assessments and documentation.
-Royal Gardens Retirement Residence (Peterborough) Community Nursing- 2014
Duties Performed: In charge of creating a Palliative Care Sitters program, to enhance the comfort
for those who do not have family support during their end of life stage. I am also responsible for
creating a tea cart program for the families of those in palliative care, with comfort measures.
Finally, I am responsible for creating information and workshops for the RPN staff regarding
common palliative care medications, and their side effects and uses, to enhance staff knowledge
and prevent medication errors.

Duties Performed: Perform patient physical and mental assessments, administer medication,
monitor patient communal areas, monitor patient behaviour, assist in patient recreational
activities, assist patients with activities of daily living, collaborate with Health Care Professionals
on patient plan of care, perform dutiful charting, provide emotional care to patients, and was
accountable for patients under my care.
