Policing

Since its inception in 2013, the Faith Community Working Group
(FCWG)has enjoyed a strategic partnership with the Montgomery County
Police Department in building trust and working on a common mission of
providing safety and security for everyone.
Our upcoming Town Hall meeting will cover pressing social issues such as:
Racial and ethnic profiling
Preventing violent extremism
Protecting our youth from online predators
Faith leaders responding to disasters, mental illness, or hate and violence
in our community
Chief Tom Manger along with his senior officers will address how the MCPD
meets these concerns and how we can promote public safety, together.
Please join us for this important discussion and provide your suggestions
on moving forward.
