School Improvement Process Presentation on August 7, 2013

Our school was named after Dr. Anne Campbell, who served as Nebraska
Commissioner of Education, and was an advocate for children.
The building opened in 1995 with approximately 350 students and has
doubled to over 700 students in 18 years. To accommodate this growth, 16
classrooms were added during the 2010-2011 school year.
Over the last 5 years, Campbell student enrollment has fluctuated. In
2009-2010 our enrollment dropped due to the opening of nearby Kooser
Elementary.

In 2010-2011 a significant demographic change occurred with the addition of

our ELL students.

In November 2012, Campbell became a Title I targeted school.

Families Learning in Partnership FLIP was added in February 2013. This
Is a program where mothers and/or fathers attend classes daily for two
hours.
