Dear Engr. Constantino:

We are 4th year students taking up BS Computer Engineering at Adamson University
and currently enrolled in Safety Management Subject which deals with basic safety
procedure in high risks activities and public places.
We would like to humbly give a list of our findings and recommendation concerning
the safety of the structure and the people that uses your Institution. The said
findings and recommendations are as follows:
Findings
Stairs in the pavilion

Entrance/exit of office in the pavillion

Fire alarms
Sprinklers

Fire extinguisher

Recommendations
We would like to recommend widening
the stairs to its proper dimension for
safety precautions in case of an
emergency.
Another
exit/entrance
should
be
provided in case of an emergency to
avoid injuries.
Fire alarms should be installed around
the pavilion to alarm the people
occupying the building in case of fire.
Sprinklers should be installed where fire
could possibly occur to extinguish or to
lessen the spreading of the fire during an
emergency.
There should be more fire extinguishers
installed throughout the compound in
case of an emergency. And it should be
in a case or properly stored,
