Pre-K & Kindergarten Enrollment

What is Pre-K Enrollment?
Pre-K enrollment is a time to enroll your child for Pre-K for the next school year
(2015-2016). This applies to children, ages 3-5, who are fully independent with
toileting. These students must live in the ECSC district, and transportation is
provided by the family. (**Priority for placement will be given to students who are
entering Kindergarten the following school year.)
What is Kindergarten Enrollment?
Kindergarten enrollment is a time to enroll your child for Kindergarten for the next
school year (2015-2016). This applies to children, age 5, on or before August 1.
(**Kindergarten students who live outside the ECSC district will be admitted
based on available space and on a first come, first serve basis.)

Registration hours:

9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

For Kindergarten, please call (812) 526-9771 to schedule an appointment on April

23rd. For Pre-K, please visit East Side during these hours on April 23rd. Stations
will be set up for registration, in addition to helpful information.
What should you bring with you?
enrollment forms (available at http://www.ecsc.k12.in.us/ or at East Side)
your Pre-K or Kindergarten child
your Pre-K or Kindergarten childs birth certificate
your Pre-K or Kindergarten childs immunization (shot) records - The
school nurse will be available and can answer any questions regarding
required immunizations.
proof of residence (a current bill that was sent to your address)
proof of guardianship
