TeleServices Direct is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a call center for Sirius
XM Satellite Radio. Applicants must possess flexibility, energy, enthusiasm, a commitment to
professionalism, integrity, with an exemplary ambition for success. Some retail sales,
customer service, or telemarketing experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency with a PC and data
entry skills are necessary. A minimum of high school diploma/equivalent is required.
Pay for customer service representatives is $8 an hour; after 30 days the pay increases to
$8.50 an hour, plus commission and advancement opportunities. Benefits include medical,
