Premabulatory Clauses:

(aim is to eliminate energy poverty )This resolution is not going to help billions of
people who dont access energy , but it actually can help millions . which can increase
their lifespan in a way and actually raising the economy back again. The UN itself has
supplied a lot of money to countries with a lot of people with energy poverty , but ,
there was no significant result seen . Money is not always the solution to every
problem. If people were to have enough energy , the educational , health and the
economical system will be improved. But , there are lots of people that dont have
access to energy , this means that this affected the casuality rates ( explain ) , the
Education of the people , which can lead to more casualities ( EXPLAIN ) . Thus , the
economy falls.
Operative Clauses:

-Calls upon

The United nations to allow the new laws enforced in other countries
and to help support the other ideas fundamentally

-authorises the deletion of this Law or the removal of solar panels if they dont
help. OR , if it ends up with more disadvantages over advantages.
-Urges Ukrainian authorities to :

*Educate people about excessive energy use.

*Enforce a law which states that energy should not be exceeded over the limit. And if
exceeded , 300% extra charge will be paid. (Companies and factories are exceptions
with a bigger limit )
*To install Solar panels in most homes in rural areas , where this panel will absorb light
energy to produce electrical energy ( The government will pay for the solar panels )
*To negotiate with Russia so that the gas supply can be returned again.

-Seeking

To see more educated people with better health that will eventually
increase the economy

-Calls for

a Hosting of international conference in ukraine And urging all Ukrainian

parties to engage in the conference to apply the laws and to start a negotiations with
russia .

Requests the government to allow UN bodies to observe the rural areas and see
the changes
