How are prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells different?

Cells of the prokaryotic kingdom are bacterial cells, single celled

organisms.

Animal, Plant, Fungi and Prooctists which are the other kingdoms are all
eukaryotic, multicellular organisms.
Prokaryotic means before having a nucleus, hence prokaryotic cells have
no nucleus
Eukaryotic means cells with a nucleus
Eukaryotic DNA are linear whilst prokaryotic DNA are circular
Both types of cells have ribosomes, however eukaryotic cells have much
larger ribosomes than prokaryotic cells.
Eukaryotic DNA is complex with proteins called histones and is organized
whilst prokaryotic DNA doesnt and isnt formed into chromosomes,
instead it has one circular DNA molecule called plasmid
