shoebox will be needed per pair.

Reflections
Last week we discussed PYP Attitudes of tolerance, appreciation and empathy and what it
looks like at school and at home. We also talked about the differences between 2D and 3D
shapes as well as what makes a house a home.

Learning Engagements:
Next week we will be focusing on:
Language - We will continue to work on guided reading and will be writing reflections
about Spirit Week.
Maths - We will be working on symbolic patterning, tally charts and a review of skip
counting.
Inquiry - This week we will begin creating our shoebox dioramas which will reflect the
cultural influences of two homes.

This week is Spirit Week, please check the schedule regarding special events and themes
each day. KG2 Sports day is Wednesday March 18 and students are to wear house colors on
this day. A water botlle and hat MUST be provided.
