Belief What do you believe a learning environment should look like and sound
like?
Listening for productive, collaborative, active, student engagement, student focused,
procedures, differentiation based on student needs, students are aware of daily
objectives

Action How do you go about creating and nurturing a safe, supportive, and
encouraging classroom environment?
Listening for visible respect, communicated expectations, establishing norms,
consistency in student management, positive & professional relationships, evidence of
planning and preparations


Content & Assessment
