MISSION
The Association of Civil Engineering Students Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers UE
Manila Chapter strives to promote the professional development of Civil Engineering students
through curriculum-enriching activities and increases their competence by bringing honor and
prestige not only to our school but also to the field of Civil Engineering.
VISION
The Association of Civil Engineering Students Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers UE
Manila Chapter views itself as a medium advancement of all Civil Engineering Students of UE
for the enhancement of their skills and talents with regards to academics, culture and sports as
well as inspire them towards excellence and leadership to make them competitive enough for the
pursuance of their chosen field.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1. To advance and disseminate of knowledge of the theory and practice of Civil
Engineering;
2. To develop professional and leadership skills of its members;
3. To create, promote, and stimulate common interest, cooperation, and camaraderie,
through technical or non-technical activities;
4. To enhance and improve Civil Engineering standards and facilities;
5. To provide guidance, encouragement, and leadership to Civil Engineering students;
6. The promote the organization with the members of Civil Engineering profession; and
7. To provide opportunities for the students to be trained in organizational participation,
career development, and networking with other student-members from different chapters.
