1. What kinds of challenges do you think you are facing in your career development process in
terms of student nature, changing technology, innovation of methodology, expanding
responsibility and faculty roles?
2. How many types teacher are there in your campus?
3. What are the faculty development programs in your campus?
4. What are the different challenges of faculty in different career stages respectively, newcomer,
midcareer and seniors?
5. Do you think it is necessary to differentiate faculty from regional University and privately
owned college? If so, how to differentiate them can better serve the purpose of the campus,
faculty as well as students? If not, whats your reason?
6. What impressed you most in this overseas training program in terms of faculty development,
