I am a current student at the Community College of Baltimore County- Essex. I left the
University of Tampa in the fall of 2012, and changed my major from communications to
biology due to a change of heart in career paths. My decision to pursue a career in
healthcare (PA) is because of my passion to help others. I have always been a peaceful
person, and unconditionally tried to make others comfortable and happy. I have a bighearted reputation at Mercy Medical Center in downtown Baltimore as a patient
transporter. I have over a years experience there where I have had the opportunity to
touch hundreds of peoples lives, and develop relationships with many co-workers of all
the units in the hospital. I have now obtained my CNA from essex and have been
working as an OB tech in labor and delivery for over a year. I believe I have a lot of
assets that make me unique. For one, I have a very hard-working personality. If I want
to accomplish a task, I am going to to the best of my ability every time. I am a very
motivated learner in the classroom, and have a wide variety of job experiences that
give a good spectrum of skills. I believe what makes me stand out is my personality. I
have always been told I am a personable and likable guy, and constructive in any
situation. In addition, I think the best word to describe me is passionate. Music is and
always will be a passion of mine. Each day I am eager to learn and improve my skills as
a musician. I have recently found that my vocation is helping people. I have developed
a passion for others, and believe there needs to be more people in the medical field.
Just like my passion for music, I am eager to learn how I can help people.

Duties include IV starts and discharges, blood draws, OR setup and breakdown for
cases (scrub tech), cord gasses for baby, mother and baby vitals, stocking of the floor,
assisting nurses with responsibilities.
PATIENT TRANSPORTER, MERCY MEDICAL CENTER, BALTIMORE, MD 8/1212/13
Duties included taking patients and specimens to and from units and labs, and
transporting the decease to the morgue.

Duties included keeping fridges and boxes stocked, bringing dough, sauce, and
ingredients to the kitchen, delivering food to customers, and cleaning/ closing the
shop.
STUDENT ASSISTANT, UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA LIBRARY, TAMPA, FL, 01/1205/12
Work is done all around the library. This includes shelving books, checking books in and
out, making sure books are in order on shelves, stock printers with paper, take out
recycling, run errands for staff, and help students with directions or general
information.

Responsibly for preparation of food for the line to cook. This meant keeping the walkins stocked, making sure all hot items used on the line were stocked, portioning food,
and keeping the line stocked. I expedited food in preparation to be served to
customers. I also cooked fried foods on the menu.

The job entitles promoting the company by offering free estimates door to door in
residential neighborhoods. You were required to know information about roofing, siding,
and window products that the company sold.

Entitles stocking the fridge with beer, and also stocking the shelves with liquor and
wine. I took inventory of the store and labeled bottles with prices. I also ran the lottery
machine and register.

* I am enrolled at CCBC- Essex. I left the University of Tampa due mostly to financial
problems, and also a change of career path. My most recent GPA at UT was a 3.5 at the
end of the fall of 2014 semester. I will be attending CCBC- Essex this semester where I
will to finish my A.A. in general education. In the fall 2015 semester I will be a full time

student at Towson University. Once I finish my BA in biology, I will be applying for the
Physician Assistant program at CCBC Essex.

High School:
Calvert Hall College High School. Towson, MD Class of 2010
*I have had a lot of community service working with children in high school. Calvert
Hall is a catholic school that focused a major part of its vocation in teaching service to
others. I am more than willing to verify if asked.
Skills
I play the guitar. I have a very artistic and musical personality. I have a basic
knowledge of spanish. I believe I am a creative person and can bring new ideas and
hard work to any employer. As I said before, I have a great personality and will bring a
great attitude to any environment.
