I am honored to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of an outstanding educator,

Raschelle Davis, who has been a student of mine in the DSU Education program for three
semesters.
There are some students who make a wonderful impression from the first and whose
abilities and determination over time only serve to enhance that positive impression.
Raschelle is such a student. She has demonstrated a commitment to her studies and the
ability to transfer her learning to the classroom in the way one would hope to see (but
does not) in all students. Her intelligence, caring, and trustworthiness always shine
through. Everything she does is done with an eye to being the very best teacher she can
be, and she works hard to design and deliver quality lessons that are carefully
differentiated to meet the needs of each individual student, from the struggling student to
the one who is most gifted. Her skills are exceptionally valuable when she encounters
ESL students.
Rachelle has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional
interpersonal skills as well. This is a teacher that would set an example of respectful
interactions with children as well as with colleagues and parents. She is positive in all of
her interactions at all times, encouraging others to focus on possibilities rather than
problems. Because of this, she was a favorite among faculty and peers as well.
I have no doubt that Ms. Davis will be an outstanding contributor to your school and give
