Dear Hiring Committee,
I would like to be considered for the Preschool Special Education teaching position at Casy Preschool, I will
inform you about my passion for teaching, communicating, and my creativity as well as highlight how I will
contribute as a Special Education teacher in Casy Preschool.
I have a two-year experience working with high school level special education students. Iv had training
experience in a variety of learning settings including: face-to-face, hands on activity, technological work, and
therapeutic. Iv also had a lifetime experience dealing with IEPs, 504 plan and IFSP due to my younger brother
needing the assistance.
In 2014, I graduated from Desert Mountain High-School and now currently enrolled at Arizona State University
majoring in Special Education and Elementary Education.
For the past year I have been enrolled in special need teaching classes as well as general ed classes in the Mary
Lou Fulton College. I am currently enrolled in
Foundations of SEI
Orient to Ed Exceptional child
Childrens literature
For the past two years I have gained knowledge and experience working with special education children/teens.
This experience has allowed me to continue to pursue my teaching dream and increase my learning and
teaching skills.
