I would like to recommend Rachel Frantz for a position at your school. I had the
pleasure of working with Rachel for three years. During that time, I was an
Assistant Principal at Forestview High School. Rachel was part of my Freshman
Academy. In the time that I have known her, Rachel has continued to impress me.
Rachel was an asset to Forestview during my time there. She taught all levels of
9th grade English including Advanced Placement and regular inclusion classes. Each
time that I observed her classroom, I came away impressed with her instruction.
She understands how to motivate and teach students. One of the things that
always stood out about her classroom was the calm, positive manner in which she
works with her students.

This allowed her to successfully work with all types of

students from our high achievers to some of our most challenging students. I have
found this to be a rare quality in new teachers. She worked well with her peers
serving as her PLC leader and worked very well with our Exceptional Childrens
Department. Rachel also had an excellent rapport with our students and parents.
These qualities have allowed her to be successful at Forestview High School and will
continue to serve her as she continues in her career.
She would be an asset to any school and I would highly recommend her for any
