Project: Regional Corporation office in Central Trinidad

As the largest and one of the fastest-growing boroughs in Trinidad and Tobago, Chaguanas will greatly
benefit from the construction of the 35,000 sq. ft. complex which houses the administrative offices of the
Chaguanas Borough Corporation. The Chaguanas Regional Corporation Complex will allow citizens of this
highly-commercialized, central community to gain access to local Government services at one convenient
location in the heart of Chaguanas.
The Complex features a three-storey structure, and green spaces for public use. The main building is airconditioned, wired for the most up-to-date communication networks, and includes fire detection, fire alarm
and security systems. A new elevator allows easy access to all floors.

Other noteworthy features this building should include:

(a) A day care centre which is housed in a separate building;
(b) On-site parking to accommodate 127 vehicles;
(c) Library facilities; and
(d) A multipurpose auditorium
