COMPENSATION PLAN SUMMARY

Collector Bonuses
All Independent Marketing Dealers at the Bronze level or higher can earn a bonus equal to 10% of the
membership enrollment. Free members and Dealers below the Bronze level can earn a 5% Collector bonus. A
Dealer can earn up to 45% from the Collector and Leadership bonuses on the sales of enrollment packages.

Leadership Bonus
When you achieve the leadership titles of Diamond, Double Diamond, or Triple
Diamond, you will start building corresponding leadership teams. See the
Leadership Teams section below to see how new dealers are placed on your
leadership teams. From the sales of membership enrollment packages you will
receive a 20% Leadership Bonus for each persons sales on your Diamond
Team, 10% for each persons sales on your Double Diamond Team, and 5%
for each persons sales on your Triple Diamond Team. This bonus pays
leaders on an unlimited number of levels to infinity and can never be blocked
by another dealer.

100% Matching Bonus

You can earn up to 4 levels of 25% Matching Bonuses on the total Leadership
Bonuses paid to your personally enrolled Dealers and their enrollees depending
on your title. This bonus rewards you for recruiting and developing leaders.

Executive Bonuses
Platinum and Palladium Dealers will each receive a 2% bonus on all enrollment packages sold down to the
next Platinum or Palladium respectively.

Team Bonus
Dealers can earn a 5% Team Bonus on all monthly dealer sales in your 2x matrix
for up to 15 levels depending on your title. Inactive dealers in your downline
matrix will be compressed out and temporarily replaced for bonus calculations
with qualified dealers below your 15th level (dynamic compression). Each 2x3
completed personal leg (15 Dealers) allows you to expand your matrix by another
leg if you are a Diamond or higher. You must have referred at least 2 active
Dealers to qualify for Team Bonuses.

Performance Bonus Pool

A Performance Bonus Pool comprised of 5% of the monthly fees will be used to provide special promotions,
awards and recognition for the Dealers.

Leadership Teams

New Dealers are assigned to their enrollers three leadership teams. If the enroller does not have a specific
leadership team yet, the new Dealer will be placed on the same leadership teams as the enroller. Members of
your leadership teams can exist on an unlimited number of levels below you to infinity, and will always belong
to your team, and can never be taken from you or blocked by another Dealer.

Growth Opportunities
Titles are earned based on your personal development of team leaders.
Bronze, Silver and Gold titles may be achieved with the purchase of the
corresponding packages. Title requirements up to Triple Diamond are
based on personal referrals. Platinum and Palladium titles are based
on legs with the required title anywhere in them.
