label your strengths S1, S2 etc and your weaknesses W1, W2 etc and
again when you explain their origins. Its easier this way to make sure
you cover them all, and easier for the reader, too
include various observation tasks not just one or two
when asked to talk about approaches, techniques and documents that
might help you develop, dont just mention the observation tasks.
Mention approaches like the Lexical Approach, Task-based Learning,
using guided discovery etc
