Presentation requirements
Presenting the Exhibition
Towards the end of our exhibition, we will need to think carefully
about how we wish to present the results of our inquiries. We must
always consider our presentation from other peoples perspective.

I understand that in our presentation I will need to check that:

I understand about the material I choose to present. I need to be able to

answer questions about it.

I have considered how to involve and engage the audience.

I have discussed how and what we will present to or teacher or mentor

before we start working on it.

I have used drawing and pictures to make it clear.

It is our best presentation (always neat handwriting).

I have trailed our presentation with other people to make sure it is

interesting and people can understand it.

My Roles
(Tick the box if you understand)

I understand that the students role in the exhibition is to:

Know the purpose (page 3) and the requirement (page5) of our exhibition.

Participate in selecting a real-life issue or problem for our exhibition.

Develop the inquiry by helping to decide on our own central idea, lines of
inquiry and questions.

Plan and work with my team all through the exhibition.

Carry out the inquiry we decide on.

I can identify the concepts, knowledge, skills and attitudes.

I can identify the action taken.

Use a variety of strategies (interviews, surveys, field visits, artifacts, science

investigations, and working models) not just books.

Be principled by naming sources of information.

Communicate with your group, teacher and mentor.

Keep a journal of your planning, draft pieces, sketches and photographs.

Carry out self-assessments and peer assessments.

Individual Declaration of
Academic Honesty
By signing this declaration I am confirming I understand the meaning
of plagiarism and the meaning of collusion.
Plagiarism is the presentation by a student of an assignment which has in fact
been copied in part or whole from another persons work from a magazine,
published book or from the internet without having asked permission from that
person.
Collusion is claiming that this is your work when in fact it was the done in
collaboration with another person or persons.
