Adding Journals through ADI Wizard

To add the Journals through ADI Wizard navigate to Journals>Launch Journal Wizard

Click on Open

Select the Layout Functional Actuals- Multiple

Then Click on Create Document

Click on Open

Enter / select the following details

Ledger Name

: Daleel Petroleum LLC PL_USD

Category

: Adjustment

Source

: Manual

Currency

: USD

Accounting Date

Journal Name

: Name of the Joural

Description : Jounrnal description

Enter the Debit Account code with amount and Credit account code with amount

From the Tools bar select Add Ins

Select Upload

Enable the Chek boxes

All Rows, Validate Before Upload, Automatic Submit Journal Import, Import with
Validation
Then Click on Upload

Journal will be automatically imported

Review the Journal from Journal>Enter

Enter the name of the Jorunal click on Find, Click on Review Journal

Then Click on Post

Create and upload Budget Journals through Web Adi

Navigate to JournalsLaunch Journal Wizard

Click on Create Document

Select Budgets Multiple and click on Create Document

Select Excel 2007(which is having in your system) and click on Next

Click on Open

Click on Close

Select the Ledger from the List of values

Select the Budget Organization

Select the Category as Budget, Source as Budget Journal, Currency

USD, Budget DPC Budget 2010

Enter the amount for the respective period and account

Click on Add-Ins Oracle Upload

Select All Rows, Validate Befor upload, Automatically Submit Journal Import and
Import with Validation and Click on Upload
Then navigate to Journals>Post select the type as Budget and then post the Budget
Journals
