I recently came across this job opening as I was searching for a teaching job in an Elementary School. Out of all the job
opportunities available, I believe this is the best fit for me as I have always had a passion for teaching students. This
job requires a Bachelors degree, and a degree in instruction and curriculum. I have recently obtained both of these
through Arizona State University. I am currently working on my Masters in Elementary Education to further my
education and become more qualified.

My recent work background includes working at the Teachers college at ASU along with interning at an elementary
school in a 3rd grade classroom. I learned much about the work and requirements in a 3rd grade classroom and enjoy
working with the students very much. Working at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, I had to work mostly with
technology so I meet that requirement as well. In addition, I am also bilingual and can be of much help to ESL
students. The classes that mostly helped expand my knowledge in technology and working with bilingual students
were: 1) EDT 180, 2) BLE 220.

Other than working with 3rd grade students, I have also worked with 5th grade students. I find that, even though both
are equally rewarding and enjoyable, teaching 3rd grade is a better fit for me as I enjoyed it more and have had the
most experience in it. I am really excited that I came across this job listing.
