RESEARCH DESIGN

This research utilized descriptive method. In order to examine the

differences between the two groups; who take slimming pills and who are not.
Without manipulation because we cannot conduct this as experimental study.
Since doing, so can endanger the health of the subject.

It identifies problems or justifies current condition and practices; make

comparisons and practices, make a comparisons and evaluation; determine what
others doing with similar problems or situations and benefits derived from their
experience. In other words, descriptive research is also low on the “control or
manipulation of the research context scale”. It is non instructive and deals with
naturally occurring phenomena.

LOCALE AND POPULATION OF THE STUDY

This study of 2nd year nursing college of OUR LADY OF FATIMA

UNIVERSITY as its focus. 100 respondents were chosen to assess the
validation of thesis.

The researchers choose the selected users of slimming pills bt BSN 2nd
year students as its locale in consideration of their experience.

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONDENTS

Respondents of the study were the selected users of slimming pills are
the BSN 2nd year students. They were described within the define criteria in order
to have the needed data from the right the source .

The respondents of the study were male or female without taking up

slimming pills and should be within the chosen locale.
