As the temp increases, RT increases which decreases the current flowing through it.

Hence current
through R2 decreases which reduces the voltage drop across it. Voltage R2 is the voltage b/n base and
ground . So VBE reduces which increases IB. It means, when ICBO increases with increases in temp, IB
reduces due to reduction in VBE maintaing IC fairy constant.
