    I decided to choose this report sample because it is easy to understand


    rather than the other sample.

    3) Who is the audience of the report?

    The audience of the report is educators an informal education.

    4) What are the purpose/s of the report?

    The purposes of the report is to observe about Salt Lake District Park
    surroundings and to study about the hills, the lake, and the other
    features of the park.

    5) Was the report easy to understand? How was it easy/difficult?

    At the first paragraph of the report, it is easy to understand but as it


    move on to the next paragraphs, it difficult to understand.

    6) What makes your chosen report a technical document? Why?

    It is a technical document because it is accurate. Moreover, the report have a clarity

    which often defined by audience and context they have in mind about the information
    being delivered. Last but not least, the report is concise that makes it easier to
    comprehend.
