Data Stream Web Base

1. Go to web page, to log in:

2. Use log in ID either one as per below, and click Sign In:
Userid = UPMstudent1@upm.edu.my

3. Log in Page:

4. Keyed in Company code in Search Box, or Used Search / navigator function

5. Once chosen company selected, A new window will appear, detailing full profile of the
company > Financial summary, business description, company web link, key ratio, price
volume for 1 year (charting), analyst rating, ownership breakdown, long-term issuer
credit ratings, top 5 shareholders, capital structure, corporate event, past event, officer
and director, latest 5 deal, business segment, news, and key competitor

6. To analyze company financial statement, click at Full Summary under financial

Summary window and the new page as below:
In this page, you may view company financial report (Balance sheet, income statement,
cash flow statement, ratio and summary), or alternatively download it in excel/pdf format.

7. Before extracting, ensure required option is ticked by expanding Display option

8. Choose required fiscal year, periods, currency, scale, decimal, Filing ( Original,
restated or both, templates (industries, banking, insurance, other financials)

9. Also, Ensure correct type of report is used:

10. Download report by clicking excel icon at top right of company financial report window.

11. Browse location to save

12. To Continue viewing other company profile, simply enter new company code or use
search function, new page will be directed to financial report page.
