    5 The rates remain firm till all completion of above mentioned work.
    6 Work to be start immediately after receipt of this work done.
    7 Work to be completed within 15 days after start of work.
    8 Payment cycle is of 15 days.
    9 No advance of pyment for any reason
    10 TDS will be deducted from each bill.
