NEED OF THE STUDY

There is a great need for a study on stress management. Many people suffer from
stress every day. It can impact one's health negatively. The more that is learned
about dealing with stress, the better off people will be. It is necessary because of
the following:
Minimize accidents in the organization
Prevent conflicts among the employees

Create and develop jobsatisfaction with employees

Evaluate the particular problems which is cause due to stress among the
employees.
Consider broadly the needs of the employees and fulfill them

SCOPE OF THE STUDY


The present world is fast changing and there are lots of pressures and demands at
work. These pressures at work lead to physical disorders. Stress refers to
individuals reaction to a disturbing factor in the environment. Hence this study
would help the organization to know the factors of stress and to reduce the stress in
employees. Since it is a well-known fact that healthy employee is a productive
employee.The main features involved with this sudy are;
This study will help the company to get information from the employees on
their work occupational stress.
This study will help to know about the causes and impact of stress.
The company can identify the factors which helps to manage stress and
based on that a new strategy can be prepared to create stress free working
environment among the employees which increases their performance
The Company can concentrate on the movements of their products.

The Company can get some ideas about themselves which can be the key
factor for improving their performance.

Stress management objectives

Primary objective:
To study on stress management in TTK healthcare Ltd.

Secondary objective:
To find out the causes of stress level in TTK
To study the impacts of stress level in TTK

To analyze the ways of managing stress


To suggest the management on improving the ways of managing stress
among the employees.
